This Agreement formalises the collaboration between Fulcrum and AAN during the onsite evaluation phase of Fulcrum's gold tailings projects and also sets the foundation for future agreements on the shared benefits and opportunities as the Project's progress. Fulcrum and AAN have engaged in extensive consultations over time, exploring how they can work together on the responsible development of the Projects and other legacy mine waste sites in Ontario. Fulcrum is delighted to be deepening its partnership with AAN and values the ongoing support of Indigenous communities. With this Agreement and its technology collaboration with Extrakt Process Solutions LLC, Fulcrum is well positioned to lead the reprocessing and repurposing of historic mine waste sites in the region. Ryan Mee, Chief Executive Officer of Fulcrum, commented: "This agreement reflects both the mutual recognition that legacy mine waste sites need to be addressed and the desire to see the development of Fulcrum's sites in a collaborative, mutually beneficial and respectful manner. "I would like to thank the AAN community for their support in making this partnership happen and look forward to working with them as we explore potential opportunities with meaningful social and environmental benefits." Lance Black, Director, Negotiations and Contract Management for Apitipi Anicinapek Nation, commented: "We are encouraged by this agreement with Fulcrum Metals, as it aligns with one of Apitipi Anicinapek Nation's priorities: to see the legacy of environmental contamination on our lands be fully remediated. Fulcrum's focus on reprocessing historic tailings offers a rare opportunity to clean up a site that has been left polluted for far too long and provide benefits to our Nation in the process. "It'srefreshing to work with a company that recognises the importance of environmental responsibility from the outset. Others with far greater resources and much larger footprints in the Kirkland Lake area have had decades to do the right thing-and haven't." ***ENDS*** For further information please visithttps://fulcrummetals.com/or contact: Fulcrum Metals PLC Ryan Mee (Chief Executive Officer) via St Brides Partners Limited Allenby Capital Limited (Nominated adviser) Nick Athanas / Daniel Dearden-Williams Tel: +44 (0) 203 328 5656 Clear Capital Markets Limited (Broker) Bob Roberts Tel: +44 (0) 203 869 6081 St Brides Partners Ltd (Financial PR) Ana Ribeiro / Paul Dulieu / Will Turner Tel: +44 (0) 20 7236 1177 Notes to Editors About Fulcrum Metals PLC Fulcrum Metals PLC (AIM: FMET) is an AIM listed technology led natural resources company focused on recovery of precious metals from mine tailings (previously milled and processed ore) in Canada using environmentally friendly leaching technology developed by Extrakt Process Solutions LLC and its associates (together"Extrakt").
