Clive Garston

Clive has been a corporate lawyer for over 40 years specialising in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions and is currently the chairman of Warpaint plc. He has been on the boards of a number of public and private companies and has been the deputy chairman of a main securities market listed company and chairman of a number of AIM companies. He has significant experience in small and medium quoted companies. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and former chairman of its corporate finance forum.
